Independence Party Endorses in Minneapolis

Independence Party endorsed candidates in Minneapolis Wards 5,6,7,8,9,10, and 13. There are more endorsements pending. We have also endorsed a unity candidate for mayor. A full update will be coming soon. Here are the names for now:
Ward 5, Roger Smithrud, a union print worker
Ward 6, Mike Tupper, a union plumber
Ward 7, Mike Katch, a commodities trader
Ward 8, Greg McDonald, small business owner
Ward 9, Todd Eberhardy, small business owner
Ward 10, Dan Alvin, hospitality industry and chef
Ward 13, Kris Broberg, property manager
Ward 2 and 12 are pending. Park Board and Board of Estimates and Taxation are pending.
For Mayor, Papa John Kolstad, a small business owner and long time reform activitist.
